| 内容記述 | In this research, I propose to set up an area called the“ study of municipalities archives” to study the archives of municipalities within such a social component so as to analyze the relationship between a nation and municipalities, municipalities and residents, resident welfare, coproduction, and the relationship of records. Municipalities are organizations that are entrusted with the trust of the residents under them and perform a variety of activities. It is important that their activities are opened to the public and their records are also expected to be accessible to the public from the creation stage. Residents live within the municipalities, owe taxes, and have the right to administrative services. Municipalities have the characteristic of administrative organizations. Therefore, they maintain large populations of stakeholders. It is difficult for municipalities with such a characteristic to take a generalized approach toward and perspective on the issue in archival science. Hence, the archival study of municipalities is based on archival science and is going through an expansion phase in which an individual area within a community is being created. It means that aspect of application of archival science be tested. | |||||
