| 内容記述 | In l887， Iwakura Tomomi submitted to the cabinet the document at the establishment of institution for research on the regulation．in the court1．． Iwakura submitted above・mentioned document to construct the order in the court and to form the social hierarchy whole country． On Meiji Restoration， the government had declared the abQlish正nent of the older class．（shi〃吻・のodo）， But when this document had been submitted， the o缶cials thought how to popularize the emperor’s sovereignty order in preparing a for drafting a constitution． Iwakura insisted to establish a new order， the peerage and Shi－zo－ku， strictly． First聖y， Iwakura suggested to enact the hierarchy in the court， according to the political power． He insisted， therefore， the high ofHc量als could． have the oPPortunity for joining this society by given the title depended on a degree of their servlce． He actually himself got his high status．as being the peerage and the man of merit． So， he thought the honor of merit was important as same as nobillty． For the person who got a title， the emperor was so important that people respected the emperor． The more authority of the emperor rose， the more the worth of title given by the emperor valued． The relationship between the emperor and his subjects was interdependence． He also considered the popularizatiQn of the status of high o伍cia！s． He suggested the ceremony was worth of spreading the social order among the people． While Kamaura to Edo period， the emperor was not remembered wlthout Kyoto． He considered how to penetrate the emperor authoriy to the people． He wanted to propagandize that the ancestor of the emperor was the丘rst ruler， in reviving the older ceremony． The popularization of the hierarchy was so important for high oMcials to get admiration from the people． The emperor performing in the national コ コ コceremony was lmportant to glve an lmpresslon that he was the ruler． Iwakura was not the conservative leader as generally considered． In the purpose of constructing a new social order， he submitted this document at the establishment of institution for research． | |||||||||||
