| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、卒業直後の大学生を対象とし、初職継続意思およびその理由からキャリア形成プロセスを捉え、従来の研究で見られた達成型、ステージアップ型、探求型という3 類型が再現されるかを検証すると共に、この3 類型で網羅できるかどうか確認することであった。加えて就職活動結果に対する評価との関連から各類型の適応機能を検討した。中国の大学生372 名に、初職継続意思およびその理由に関する自由記述と、適応の指標としての就職先への満足度・納得感16 項目への回答を求めた。その結果、先行研究の3 類型が本研究でも再現された。就職先への満足度・納得感との関連から、いずれも適応的な特徴を示していた。また、3 類型以外にも、適応的な特徴を示していた類型として、ライフキャリアの充実を重視する型とキャリア目標の達成に向けて異業種へ転職しようとする型も存在した。さらに、一見大学から職業生活へのスムーズな移行を遂げている大学生の中にも、不適応的な特徴を示していた者も存在することが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to examine the career formation process of university students immediately after graduation in terms of their intentions to continue in their first job and corresponding reasons, and verified whether the three types of career formation process observed in previous studies, including achievement, stage-up and exploration, have been replicated and whether these types have been covered by this study. Moreover, the adaptive function of each type has been studied in relation to the evaluation of job search results. A total of 372 Chinese university students were asked to respond to free-response statements regarding their intentions to continue in their first job and their corresponding reasons, as well as 16 items regarding their satisfaction and sense of consent with their places of employment as indicators of adjustment. The results showed that the three types of career formation process observed in previous studies were replicated in this study. With regard to the satisfaction and sense of consent with the place of employment, they all showed adaptive characteristics. In addition to these three types of career formation process, other types that exhibited adaptive characteristics include those that emphasized personal life fulfillment and those that sought to change jobs in different industries so as to achieve their career goals. Furthermore, it was found that even among the university students who have seemingly made a smooth transition from university to the professional life, some students still exhibited maladaptive traits. | |||||
