| 内容記述 | 心理検査について、その結果のフィードバックのあり方は、従来は検査者から被検査者への一方的なものが中心であったが、近年になって協働的に行うことの意義が着目されつつある。心理専門職が協働作業を行うのは自明のことのように思われるにも関わらず、なぜフィードバックについては一方的であり続け、協働的なあり方についてなかなか着目されず、議論も加速してこなかったのだろうか。本論では、心理検査フィードバックを一方的にする要因として、心理検査の結果の“危険性”、検査者と被検査者の“ヒエラルキー”、そして特に検査者の“遊び”の欠如に着目し、論考した。検査者がフィードバックについて“遊ぶ”姿勢を持てること、つまり検査結果に積極的な関心を示し、柔軟に思考し、新たな可能性を創造していこうとすること、そして自らの解釈の不完全さを恥じることなく、むしろ“遊び”をさらに発展させていくためのきっかけとして用いることの重要性が浮かび上がった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Conventionally, feedback of psychological test results had been mainly given to testees by testers. Recently, however, the significance of interactive feedback has been focused. It is considered natural for clinical psychologists to work cooperatively, nevertheless, why had feedback been unidirectional and why had interactive feedback been rarely discussed to date? This study focused on “risk” in psychological test results, the “hierarchy” between testers and testees, and especially the lack of “play” in testers as factors that had resulted in the unidirectional feedback of psychological test results. It is considered important for testers to have a “playful” attitudes toward feedback, i.e. showing a positive interest in test results, by thinking flexibly, and by attempting to develop new possibilities. Furthermore, testers should use test results as a clue for developing “play,” without being embarrassed by making imperfect interpretations. | |||||
