| 内容記述 | 敗戦前後、中央省庁の命令により文書の湮滅が行われた。このとき、全国の兵事関係文書も多く消失した。しかし、当時、滋賀県東浅井郡大郷村役場にて兵事係を勤めていた西邑仁平氏は、この命令に逆らい文書を自宅へ持ち帰り隠した。本稿は、この西邑仁平氏が所蔵していた兵事関係文書を大郷村兵事係文書と呼称し、論じたものである。具体的には、大郷村兵事係を取り巻く関係法規と兵事関係文書の双方を分析し、記録管理がどのようになされていたかについて解明した。その結果、大郷村兵事係には幾つか系統の異なる文書管理方式があったことが明らかになった。まず1922年と1923年の間に記録管理の刷新があったことが確認された。次に1923年以降において、少なくとも3つの異なる記録管理の体系が認められた。それぞれ県庁及び郡役所の指定する簿冊に綴じられる平常時の文書、戦時動員時の召集・徴発に関する文書、兵事団体に関する文書の体系である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Decrees of the Department of War and the Navy enforced the destruction of official records either before or after Japan's defeat in the Second World War.This resulted in the loss of most records regarding Japanese soldiers that were entrusted to local governments.However,Nihei Nishimura,who at that time was in charge of soldiers' affairs at the Osato Village Office,did not follow the decrees and concealed a few records in his home.This article defines the collection of records as the records of soldiers' affairs at Osato village and examines the records management practices by analyzing both the laws and regulations pertaining o the officer and the records in question.The result reveals a few different methods of records management.It has been confirmed that records management practices were renewed between 1922 and 1923.In this paper,three different mthods of records management from 1923 onwards are considered.They are as follows;（1）records collated into volumes following the instructions from the administrations of Shiga Prefecture and Higashi-Azai County,（2）records pertaining to mbilization and commandeering processes,and（3）records pertaining to semi-official groups that were established for the management of soldiers. | |||||
