University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は，地域医療構想における全病床数および機能別病床数の変化について，2016年と2020年の病床機能報告の個票データを用いて現状分析を行った。具体的には，構想地域ごとに推計された病床の必要量（必要病床数）に，どの程度，2020年の病床数や2025年（見込み）の病床数が近づいているかという観点から評価を行った。また，各構想地域の病床の集中度（病棟病床数のハーシュマン・ハーフィンダール指数）を用いて，病床の集約化が進んでいるかどうかも見た。\nまず，全国における2020年の各機能別病床数を2016年対比でみると，全病床が4.8％の減少，高度急性期病床が10.4％減少，急性期病床が8.9％減少，回復期病床が34.1％増加，慢性期病床が12.7％減少となっており，それぞれの病床の必要量に向けてあるべき方向に進捗していることがわかる。2025年（見込み）には，高度急性期病床を除き，さらに進捗がある予定である。しかしながら，病床の必要量との間にはまだ大きな隔たりがある。2020年における全病床の目標達成度は53.3％と半分強程度であり，高度急性期病床，急性期病床，回復期病床，慢性期病床は，それぞれ41.4％，26.8％，20.6％，58.8％の達成度に止まる。2025年（見込み）については，全病床の達成度は91.4％まで迫るものの，高度急性期病床，急性期病床，回復期病床の達成度は34.4％，31.9％，27.3％と，依然，病床の必要量から大きく乖離したままである。\n同様の分析を都道府県別，さらに構想地域別にブレークダウンして行ってみると，当然のことながら，各地域の変化率や達成度には大きなバラツキが生じていることがわかる。ただ，2016年時点で病床の必要量との乖離が大きい地域ほど，その後の変化が大きくなるという傾向が，弱い相関ながらも確認でき，将来的には目標に収斂してゆく傾向がうかがえる。\nまた，病床の集中度に関しては，2016年から2020年にかけて，全病床，高度急性期病床，急性期病床，慢性期病床が高まっている一方，回復期病床の集中度は低くなっていることがわかった。これは，地域医療構想が企図している方向性と，概ね整合的な動きと解釈できる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"学習院大学経済学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00038827","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00163953","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"鈴木,
