| 内容記述 | 公家衆の江戸参向とその応接に当たる御馳走人の任命については、松岡辰方（一七六四│一八四〇）の『公家衆御参向之記』により概ね知ることができる。先行研究で使用されてきた西尾市岩瀬文庫所蔵本は松岡没後の幕末まで増補されているが、書写の経緯は不明である。この写本以外にも松浦史料博物館・慶應義塾図書館・国立公文書館が各々異本を所蔵しており、成立時期の異なる各本の調査により松岡の作成経緯が判明した。松岡は文化二年（一八〇五）にいったん脱稿した後、同一四年に平戸藩松浦家に関係する人物の求めに応じて、正徳元年（一七一一）以降分のみを記した一冊本を作成した。隠居の松浦静山の知識欲を満たすのみならず、柳之間席大名でありながら藩主が久しく公家衆馳走役を勤めていなかった平戸藩にとって必要な資料であり、藩内ではさらに、同書を典拠にしたと思われる「伝奏御馳走人御勤之御家」という殿席別に列挙した名簿を作成している。 御馳走人は宝永末年以降、万一の際の交代要員として「代り」も同時に任命されるようになる。「代り」も含めて御馳走人の席順は柳之間席大名の間で度々問題となっており、この問題への対処のためにも近世後期の同席を主導する平戸藩松浦家は『公家衆御参向之記』を必要としたと考えられる。しかし同書には本役と一緒に任命される「代り」は記載されず、御馳走人の情報について不正確な部分がある。 「代り」及び『公家衆御参向之記』では判明しない大名を出来るだけ網羅した公家衆御馳走人任命一覧を掲載する。 |

| 内容記述 | We can see much regarding imperial court nobles’ visits to Edo and the associated reception officers assigned by the Shogunate in the chronology “Kugeshu-gosankonoki（『公家衆御参向之記』）” compiled by Matsuoka Tokikata（松岡辰方1764-1840）, an expert on ancient rites and practices. The chronology was handed down even after his death, and the process of compilation is unknown. This article analyzes several manuscript copies of the chronology and clarifies that the Matsura house of Hirado domain desired information about the imperial court nobles’ visits to Edo and about the reception officers assigned by the Shogunate, and that the Matsura house was involved in the compilation of the chronology. After a long interval, lord of Hirado domain Matsura Hiromu was assigned to serve as one of the reception officers in 1817. His father Kiyoshi, the former lord, known as the author of “Kasshi yawa（『甲子夜話』）, ” had interacted with Matsuoka Tokikata. The chronology “Kugeshu-gosankonoki” not only satisfied Kiyoshi’s desire for knowledge, but was a necessary resource for Hirado domain, as daimyo associated with the Yanagi-no-ma（柳之間）of Edo castle, such as the lords of Hirado domain, were long assigned to the reception officer positions. I have referenced Shogunate materials in order to create a new chronological table focused on the reception officers, which I append at the end of this article.“Kugeshu-gosankonoki” has many errors, so this chronological table does not rely on it. |
