内容記述 | This is a short paper on Gakushuin’s position on English language learning and teaching in the Integrated Reforms in High School, University Education, and University Entrance Examination, which is currently projected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The reforms consist of three main reforms: High School Reform, University Reform, and University Entrance Examination Reform. The final report on the reforms was released on March 31st 2016. The new university entrance examinations will be introduced in the 2020 academic year. The purpose of this paper is to outline the reforms and the trend they set and to seek a better approach of dealing with the reforms by reflecting on the past and the present English language learning and teaching in Gakushuin. | |||||
