| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to reconsider the transportation system of T’ang Dynasty with restoring from T’ien-sheng Statutes （天聖令） of Northern Sung. Management of animals centered horse and transportation system are stipulated in the Statutes on Stables and Pastures （厩牧令）. By the discovery and publication of T’ien-sheng Statutes of Northern Sung, the text of law in T’ang Dynasty, unknown until now, has become possible to restore, and the study of transportation in T’ang Dynasty has been showed good progress. In this study, reconsidered Statutes on Stables and Pastures regulating transportation system, and considered the transportation system of T’ang Dynasty. In the study result, the unclear position of local post horse （伝送馬） until now in the statutory provision, became clear that it placed in each province and prefecture passing through main road for transportation. In addition, the transportation with local post horse and courier post horse （駅馬） are different with composition principle, and clearly distinguished legally, were made clear. Government horses （官馬） disposed from Pasturage Overseer （監牧） to Zhe-Chong-Fu （折衝府）, and local post horses disposed from Zhe-Chong-Fu to province and prefecture were managed in an integrated way. Courier post horse is assigned from government horses and managed individually, and acceptable use policy is different. However, local post horse and courier post horse were managed together financially, because of using supply facilities called the post house（ 駅）. Because, comparing transportation system of T’ang Dynasty, ancient Japanese transportation system was tending to place local post horse and courier post horse to the unified system, when ancient Japanese state introduced transportation system, tried to regulate local post horse system and courier post horse system within the same provision. As a result, appeared the difference of provision arrangement between ancient Japan and T’ang China, is considered. | |||||
