Data from interviews were analyzed from the standpoint of employment goal, job search goal, job-search strategies. Results suggest that employment goal, job search goal were related to job-search strategies. This study has two important implications. First, students set various goals during their job search. Second, the relationship between each type of job search goals and job-search strategies are different.
