| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to analyze the career decision-making strategies of Japanese university students. The results indicated most of the participants used the same career decision-making strategies at university admission and jobhunting. From the conceptual point of view, the empirical study was supported by the theories related to the human development, conceptual theory as well as theories of Krumboltz’s theory of learning approaches. This study has the possibility of building psychological and educational interventions for Japanese university students. | |||||
