| 内容記述 | IMFT （Independent Masculinity Femininity Test） was developed based on a constructive concept of BSRI （Bem Sex Role Inventry） and used to investigate the relation of masculinity-femininity to personality for students and mothers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the masculinity–femininity of teachers. 70 male and 12 female teachers were asked to answer IMFT. Analysis of the results indicates that classifications were considered to be it by individual difference in the reality, and that teachers have tendency to be androgynous for an ideal. Female teachers’ lower femininity score is considered that femininity may be lower desirability especially for women. | |||||
