| 内容記述 | The thesis compares different legal modes about the assignment of creditor’s right in France and German’s civil laws and reviews the flux of assignment of creditor’s right and the securitization of creditor’s right in Japan’s civil law and analyzes the legislation and theories about the assignment of creditor’s right in the Contract of China Law and the legislation of the flow of creditor’s right in China． Be based on this， it is concluded that the Germany Legal mode should be adopted to explain the legislation of China and the American legal mode of registration should be learned from in the legislation of the flow of creditor’s right to set up the publication system of the assignment of creditor’s right in consideration of safety | |||||
