| 内容記述 | DuYu（杜預）reported the development of the Huaibei plain in the Wei－Jin period． In this report， he showed the manner in which the Huaibei plain developed during the Han Dynasty． This thesis aims to verify the accuracy of his opinion using concrete historical materials． In this thesis， I focus on Zhe （澤）and Bei（破）． Bei is an artificial pond， while Zhe is an untouched natural environment． Through the dates of Zhe and Bei in the Huaibei plain， I understand that Bei was constructed in the eastern part of the Huaibei plain， but Zhe did not exist at that time． On the other hand， in the western part of the Huaibei plain， although Zhe existed in abundance， Bei had not been constructed・ One of the Zhe found in the eastern part is the back marsh that exceeded the natural levee with river water， forming the branch． Another Zhe was formed by the collision of the River Huang He（黄河）with the Shandong（山東）hill． Zhe was significantly related to the increase and decrease in the volume of the River Huang He． If Bei were to be constructed here， a flood would occur every time the River Huang He would flood． Therefore， Gou（溝）and Qu（渠）were constructed， but Bei was not made． In the Eastern Han Dynasty， since disasters such as rinderpests occurred frequently in various places， Bei was constructed in the eastern part of the Huaibei plain for the purpose of improving food production． However， this development became the cause of frequent flooding in the Huaibei plain． | |||||
