| 内容記述 | Postwar Taiwanese education was sino－ized after the Second World War under the Nationalist Party government， However“xiangtu” education which emphasized Taiwanese idehtity emerged in the 1990s．“Xiangtu”is an ambiguous Chinese term which call indicate the whole of Taiwan， regions inside of it， rural districts， 10Cal towns， etc． This“xiangtu”education was bom in the wave of“Taiwan－ized” reform at the district level of some prefectures（cities）． It was then introduced into elementary and junior high schools in the course of study which was revised in 1994． This article focuses on the administrative development of such“xiangtu”education． It analyzes national integration of Taiwanese society through examining the compilation process and contents of“xiangtu”teaching materials． It is clearly shown that， the contents of text books were freely developed without control by the government， other than in personnel organization， and even though editing was managed by central go寸ernment in most places． The formation of a historical view and“homeland”（Taiwan）consciousness was emphasized in the contents of teaching materials． These naturally stress the autonomy of Taiwan and promote the construction of a new identity as Taiwanese． | |||||
