This article discusses the circumstances  of the New Era College from the viewpoints of reform under national educational policies and the college’s relationship to China and Taiwan.   The Malaysian government changed its higher educational policy during the 1990’s, adopting measures promoting privatization and diversi丘cation in response to the requirements of national economic development, given a limited budget and a serious“brain drain” problem. The New Era College was set up within this political situation,  meaning that the deep-rooted educational needs of the Chinese community were finally recognized.   China and Taiwan were both very interested in this College, because they hoped to establish political and economic ties with the Malaysian Chinese Community through the acceptance of graduates who wanted to get degrees. The Malaysian government, however, is still very sensitive about the Chinese community’s political situation, giving rise to some differences over political and economic strategy regarding the College.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_29":{"attribute_name":"URI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/10959/2820"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"学習院大学東洋文化研究所","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11335469","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13449850","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"杉村, 美紀","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"スギムラ, ミキ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"46637","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sugimura, Miki","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"46638","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2013-03-15"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"toyobunka_2_289_310.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"940.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"toyobunka_2_289_310.pdf","objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://glim-re.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2543/files/toyobunka_2_289_310.pdf"},"version_id":"480d5615-28e9-4619-958c-758a6463034f"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"マレーシアの高等教育改革における民族と国家 : 国民教育政策のもとでの華人の母語教育要求と対中国・台湾関係 (<特集>アジア諸国の教育 : 過去と現在)","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"マレーシアの高等教育改革における民族と国家 : 国民教育政策のもとでの華人の母語教育要求と対中国・台湾関係 (<特集>アジア諸国の教育 : 過去と現在)","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"マレーシア ノ コウトウ キョウイク カイカク ニオケル ミンゾク ト コッカ コクミン キョウイク セイサク ノ モト デノ カジン ノ ボゴ キョウイク ヨウキュウ ト タイ チュウゴク タイワン カンケイ トクシュウ アジア ショコク ノ キョウイク カコ ト ゲンザイ","subitem_title_language":"ja-Kana"},{"subitem_title":"The Reform of Higher Education and Chinese Education in Malaysia : Its Relationship to China and Taiwan ( Education in the Countriesof Asia : Past and Present)","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"15","path":["1245"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2013-03-15"},"publish_date":"2013-03-15","publish_status":"0","recid":"2543","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["マレーシアの高等教育改革における民族と国家 : 国民教育政策のもとでの華人の母語教育要求と対中国・台湾関係 (<特集>アジア諸国の教育 : 過去と現在)"],"weko_creator_id":"15","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-08-10T01:19:43.351772+00:00"}
