{"created":"2023-05-15T14:22:13.176720+00:00","id":2474,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"31245056-21ef-45c3-a063-aaa0da4ccc96"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"2474","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2474"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:glim-re.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002474","sets":["1253:1363:38:962"]},"author_link":["41806","41807"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-03-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"10","bibliographicPageEnd":"84","bibliographicPageStart":"69","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"人文","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では近代日本語研究の一環として、明治期に大量に日本へ流入した専門用語、その中でも法律用語に焦点を絞り、漢語の観点から考察を行った。その事例研究として、現在の法律用語に大きな影響を与えている箕作麟祥訳『仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法』を取り上げ、箕作麟祥がどのように法律用語を漢語訳していたかを明らかにすることを目的とした。　『仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法』の漢語から箕作麟祥が作った、あるいは法律的な意味を加えたと思われる漢語を選別し3 グループに分類した。その中から典型的な特徴を現している4 つの語を取り上げ、詳しく語の成立を見た。その結果を基に、『仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法』の漢語を改めて5グループに分類した。『仏蘭西法律所・訴訟法』よりも用例を遡ることが出来ないもの、あるいは『仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法』以外で用例を見ることが出来ないもの、日本や中国の古典籍などで使用されている語を法律用語として使用しているものが『仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法』の漢語の大半を占めていることがわかった。このことから、主に箕作麟祥自身が新たに語を作る、あるいは古くから存在している語を転用して、法律用語へ当てはめる方針を取っていたことが明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"This paper will examine legal terms in the Meiji era from the perspective of Sino-Japanese relation as part of a study on modern Japanese languages. 　As a case study, legal terms in Furansu-Hôritsusho-Soshôhô（仏蘭西法律書・訴訟法）were translated into Sino-Japanese by Rinshô MITSUKURI.
