{"created":"2023-05-15T14:21:04.131586+00:00","id":1203,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"fe571323-308f-4048-a946-56af21841aea"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"1203","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1203"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:glim-re.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001203","sets":["1253:1363:38:967"]},"author_link":["42013"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03-26","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"100","bibliographicPageStart":"81","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"人文","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"外国語学習において反復練習は不可欠と思われるが、いわゆる「コミュニケーション英語」や「ゆとり教育」全盛の頃は反復練習が軽視され、昨今はその反動でドリル的な反復練習が見直されてきた。時代の振り子に揺られながら反復練習に対する評価が浮き沈みする中、外国語学習における反復練習の役割について今一度検討する必要があると思われる。 本論は、反復練習とは何かについて再検討し、外国語学習における効果的・非効果的な反復練習の特徴を描き出すことを目的にする試論である。その上で、外国語学習にとって効果的と言われている多読の反復練習的特徴を再考する。従来反復と思われている行為における反復ではない面に着目し、また一見反復ではないと思われている行為の反復的特徴を明らかにしたい。 まず外国語学習・教授における反復練習の扱いについて歴史的に触れ、さらにアフォーダンス理論、熟達化研究などから外国語学習に役立てる知見を拾い集めて応用したい。 反復練習は同じ行為を繰り返しているようでも一回一回異なる行為の連なりである。また刻一刻と変化する環境の中では、人の気づかないうちに環境と行為者の意図の間にずれが生じてマイクロスリップ(行為の淀み)が起こる。外国語学習における反復練習でも、一見同じことの繰り返しのようで一回一回異なっている。違いに気づくかどうかで練習効果は変わるだろう。また、練習している環境に呼応していくかどうか重要である。多読は、古今東西、母語・外国語獲得において効果的であると評価されており、進度や場所、教材の選択権などを学習者に与えるという究極の学習者中心の学習方法である。一見、多読はパターン練習のような反復練習と対峙する学習活動に思われるが、反復的側面に光を照らすことで多読の新たな効用について提案したい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"This paper tries to reconsider the role of repetition practice in learning English as a foreign language(or EFL)based on the affordance theory and the expert study. First, we will give an overview of how repetition has been discussed in an EFL context. Second, we summarize what current studies have said about the affordance theory and the expert study. Every act in repetition practice is not always done in the same way if we look closely. Strictly speaking, it is almost impossible to repeat it in the same way. Besides, the environment surrounding us changes constantly, which affects our actions. When we have a repetition practice, we need to be aware of the differences we produce in movements, differences in our environment, and the relationship between our environment and our movement. To accommodate changes in our environment, we also need to adjust our movements in ways which may make the repetition practices more effective. Repetition in an EFL context is incorporated in Pattern Practice to memorize some expressions and reading aloud for reciting.
