| 内容記述 | The present paper discusses both psychological and institutional factors relevant to the siting of power plants in Japan． First， a preferability of coexistence of hard－ and soft－energy paths is examined． Secondly， usefulness and limi．tations of risk communication are analyzed in relation to the ‘word vs． deed’ paradigm． Thirdly， the importance of various institutiona互 arrangements is discussed with respect to developing a symbiotic scheme for power plants and people living in neighboring communities． | |||||
